Applications open February 1 of each year. Complete the online application, including $50 application fee
Submit:
•Copy of most recent report card
•Copy of most recent standardized test results
•Step Up for Students award letter (if applicable)
After acceptance, submit:
•Copy of valid driver’s license
•Copy of recent utility invoice (FPL, water, cable, etc.)
•Copy of original birth certificate
•Original yellow Florida School Entry Heath Form # DH 3040 (must be up-to-date)
•Original white Florida Certification of Immunization Form # DH 680 (must be up-to-date)
Once our admissions office has reviewed the application and associated documents, an appointment for an academic entrance exam may be scheduled. Additionally, Glades Christian Academy will submit a Reference Form to the student’s current school. The reference form will be considered during the approval process.
The $300 non-refundable Enrollment Fee is due within 10 days of acceptance to reserve your child’s spot.
